On Page: 292             Provides $250,000 in nonrecurring funds from the 
                         State Transportation Trust Fund for the Niceville 
Spec App: 1988A          Area Multi-Purpose Pathway (Senate Form 2672). 
                         Reduces $250,000 in nonrecurring funds from the 
                         State Transportation Trust Fund from the Panama City 
                         Watson Bayou Turning Basin Bulkhead - Phase 2 
                         (Senate Form 2430).
