On Page: 006             Provides $250,000 in nonrecurring funds from the 
                         Public Education Capital Outlay Trust Fund for UF 
Spec App:   17           IFAS West FL Research & Extension Student Dorms 
                         (Senate From 2099). Reduces funding by the same 
                         amount from Pensacola State College - Asphalt 
                         Improvement All Campuses (Senate Form 2101).
