       Senator Brandes moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 147 - 148
    4  and insert:
    5  in partnership. However, this subsection does not require a law
    6  enforcement agency to supervise a child placed on electronic
    7  monitoring, and it does not authorize a law enforcement agency
    8  to charge a child, or a child’s parent or guardian, for
    9  electronic

   12  And the title is amended as follows:
   13         Delete line 23
   14  and insert:
   15         electronic monitoring; providing construction;
   16         providing an effective date.
