       Senator Brandes moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 33
    4  and insert:
    5  administrative or technical amendment to this exception. For
    6  purposes of roofs repaired in accordance with this subsection, a
    7  roof’s age shall be calculated using the last date a building
    8  permit was closed for which 100 percent of the roof’s surface
    9  area was replaced in accordance with the building code in effect
   10  at that time as the basis.
