       Senator Torres moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 124
    4  and insert:
    5  health care service in the patient’s medical file. At the time
    6  of the conscience-based objection or as soon as practicable
    7  thereafter, a health care provider must also post notice in the
    8  office lobby and on the website of his or her practice, and
    9  provide written notice to patients before appointments, of all
   10  specific health care services to which the health care provider
   11  has a conscience-based objection. Additionally,

   14  And the title is amended as follows:
   15         Between lines 9 and 10
   16  insert:
   17         requiring health care providers to post specified
   18         notice of their conscience-based objections in the
   19         office lobby and on the website of their practices and
   20         provide written notice of such objections to their
   21         patients before appointments;
