       The Committee on Health Policy (Book) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (859062) (with title
    2  amendment)

    4         Delete lines 212 - 216
    5  and insert:
    6  393.0651, the agency must provide shall send an annual letter
    7  requesting updated information from the client, the client’s
    8  guardian, or the client’s family. The agency must ensure that
    9  the letter and the method for updating the requested information
   10  is provided in an accessible format, taking into consideration
   11  the particular disability of the client. The agency must shall
   12  remove from the pre-enrollment categories waiting list any
   13  individual who cannot be located using the contact information
   14  provided to the agency, if such individual is assigned to a pre
   15  enrollment category on or after July 1, 2023,
