       Senator Torres moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete line 345
    4  and insert:
    5         (15)This section does not apply to an individual who has
    6  been issued a valid government document indicating that the sex
    7  of the individual aligns with the designated sex of the restroom
    8  or changing facility being used by the individual. For a student
    9  enrolled in an educational institution, a school record
   10  indicating the student’s sex is considered a valid government
   11  document for purposes of this subsection.
   12         (16)By January 1, 2024, the Department of Corrections, the
