On Page: 258             Provides $250,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for North Bay Village Inlet Wastewater Pump 
Spec App: 1705A          Station Ph II (SF 2899) and reduces funding for the 
                         Bal Harbour Village Stormwater System Improvements 
                         (SF 1489) by the same amount.
