On Page: 006             Provides $250,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for the Brevard Adult and Community Education 
Spec App:   18           CDL Training Facility (SF 1972) and reduces the same 
                         amount from the University of West Florida Science 
                         and Engineering Research Wing (SF 3194).
