The Committee on Appropriations (Rouson) recommended the following 
amendment:

Section: 04              EXPLANATION:

On Page: 143             Provides $250,000 in general revenue funds to 
                         Juvenile Recidivism and Prevention Program (SF 
Spec App:  748           1375).
                         
                         Reduces $250,000 in general revenue funds which 
                         eliminates the CRPS - Inmate Certification Training 
                         and Reentry Program (SF 1882) from the Special 
                         Categories Contracted Services appropriation 
                         category.
