On Page: 295             Reduces $1,000,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds from Sarasota County Laurel Road Capacity and 
Spec App: 2042A          Mobility Improvement Project (SF 2188) and provides 
                         the same amount for Hurricane Resilience for World's 
                         Best Living Collections of Orchids and Bromeliads 
                         (SF 1592).
