amendment:

On Page: 078             Provides $195,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds to the Agency for Persons with Disabilities 
Spec App:  285           for the Barc Housing DD Safety and Security (SF 
                         1313). Reduces funding by the same amount from the 
                         Department of Children and Family Services Fixed 
                         Capital Outlay for Centrally Managed Facilities.
