       Senator Grall moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (639998) (with title
    2  amendment)

    4         Between lines 1602 and 1603
    5  insert:
    6         Section 46. Effective July 1, 2024, for the 2024-2025
    7  fiscal year, the sum of $250,000 in nonrecurring funds from the
    8  Medical Quality Assurance Trust Fund is appropriated to the
    9  Department of Health to implement the provisions of this act.
