The Subcommittee on Criminal and Civil Justice Appropriations represents the Senate in budgeting and overseeing the funding and other financial matters of the following state agencies and Judicial entities: Department of Legal Affairs; Department of Corrections; Department of Law Enforcement, Parole Commission; Department of Juvenile Justice, State Court System; Guardian Ad Litem; Clerk of Courts; State Attorneys; Public Defenders; Capital Collateral Regional Counsels; and Regional Conflict Counsels.
