Automated teller machine; surcharge.
Automated teller machine; surcharge.
655.966 Automated teller machine; surcharge.--The operator of an automated teller machine, as defined in s. 655.960(3), may charge an access fee or surcharge, not otherwise prohibited under state or federal law, to a customer conducting a transaction using an account from a financial institution, as defined in s. 655.005(1)(h), which is located outside of the United States.
