The Florida Senate

Express authority and power is hereby given and granted any county, municipality, drainage district, road and bridge district, school district, or any other political subdivision, board, commission, or individual, of the state to make and enter into, with the authority, contracts, leases, conveyances, or other agreements within the provisions and purposes of this part. The authority is hereby expressly authorized to make and enter into contracts, leases, conveyances, and other agreements with any political subdivision, agency, or instrumentality of the state, any federal agency, or any corporation or individual for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this part.
