11  The Committee on Rules, Resolutions, & Ethics offered the

14         Technical Amendment 

15         On page 2, lines 3 & 4,

16  remove from the bill:  1996 Supplement,

18         On page 11, lines 7-21,

19  remove from the bill:  all of said lines

21  and insert in lieu thereof:

22         Section 3.  Subsection (7) of section 641.511, Florida

23  Statutes, is amended to read:

24         641.511  Subscriber grievance reporting and resolution

25  requirements.--

26         (7)  Each organization shall send to the agency a copy

27  of its annual and quarterly grievance reports submitted to the

28  Department of Insurance pursuant to s. 408.7056(12)(2).

29         Section 4.  There is hereby appropriated to the Agency

30  for Health Care Administration for fiscal year 1998-1999, 5

31  full-time equivalent positions and $247,396 from the Health

 1  Care Trust Fund for 9 months' funding for the purpose of

 2  implementing this act. Of this amount, $25,912 is

 3  nonrecurring.

 4         Section 5.  This act shall take effect July 1 of the

 5  year in which enacted.
