  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to road designation;

  3         designating the Gratigny Parkway in Dade County

  4         as the "Marlins Expressway"; providing an

  5         effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8

  9         Section 1.  Gratigny Parkway designated; markers.--

10         (1)  The Gratigny Parkway (State Road 924) is hereby

11  designated as the "Marlins Expressway."

12         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

13  erect suitable markers designating the Marlins Expressway as

14  described in subsection (1).

15         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

16  law.
