20 to state and local government agencies of restructuring the
21 electric industry in Florida to allow retail competition,
22 addressing the potential savings to such agencies and the
23 impact on economic development in the state of Florida, and
24 report to the Governor, Senate President, Speaker of the
25 House, and the Public Service Commission no later than January
26 15, 1999.
