18 Enterprise Florida shall conduct a joint study of the benefits
19 to state and local government agencies of restructuring the
20 electric industry in Florida to allow retail competition,
21 addressing the potential savings to such agencies and the
22 impact on economic development in the state of Florida, and
23 report to the Governor, Senate President, Speaker of the
24 House, and the Public Service Commission no later than January
25 15, 1999.
