18 Section 2. The Public Service Commission, by the
19 procedure for approving rates for service to fund reuse
20 projects contained in section 367.0817, Florida Statutes,
21 shall approve rates for service to allow a utility to recover
22 the full cost of compliance with mandates by the Florida
23 Environmental Protection Agency for the restoration,
24 protection, conservation, or improvement of water quality of
25 the Wekiva River and its tributaries.
26 Section 3. This act shall take effect upon becoming a
27 law.
