  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to hurricane preparedness;

  3         providing that the Legislature intends to

  4         modify the laws relating to the Florida

  5         Hurricane Catastrophe Fund; providing an

  6         effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9

10         Section 1.    The Legislature intends to modify the

11  laws relating to the Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund.

12         Section 2.    This act shall take effect upon becoming

13  a law.
