14         On page 4, lines 6 and 7, delete those lines

16  and insert:  committee may submit in writing his or her

17  agreement or disagreement with any action taken at a meeting

18  that the member did not attend. This agreement or disagreement

19  may not be used as a vote for or against the action taken and
