11  Senator Dudley moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment 

14         On page 10, lines 20-25, delete those lines

16  and insert:  the documents to the buyer as evidenced by a

17  signed receipt for documents unless the buyer is informed in

18  the 15-day voidability period and agrees to close prior to the

19  expiration of the 15 days. The developer shall retain in his

20  or her records a separate agreement signed by the buyer as

21  proof of the buyer's agreement to close prior to the

22  expiration of said voidability period. Said proof shall be

23  retained for a period of 5 years after the date of the closing

24  of the transaction. The
