  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to environmental control;

  3         repealing s. 403.708(3) and (10)(b), F.S.,

  4         relating to the sale of containers connected to

  5         other containers by a separate holding device

  6         composed of plastic rings and to the

  7         prohibition on the sale of certain

  8         biodegradable products used in conjunction with

  9         food for human consumption; providing an

10         effective date.

12  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

13

14         Section 1.  Subsection (3) and paragraph (b) of

15  subsection (10) of section 403.708, Florida Statutes, are

16  hereby repealed.

17         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

18  law.
