16  after the period, insert:  The investment of proceeds of debt

17  obligations or other funds of the corporation and contracts of

18  funds held in trust by the State Board of Administration,

19  whether directly or indirectly related to the investments or

20  contracts, are exempt from the provisions of chapter 287.
