14         On page 3, lines 10 through 16, delete those lines

16  and insert:

17         (a)  Unless otherwise specifically provided by

18  contract, workers' compensation benefits that are otherwise

19  payable under this chapter must be reduced to the extent that

20  the combination of workers' compensation benefits, social

21  security benefits under s. 402 or s. 423 of 42 U.S.C., and

22  employer-funded benefits, other than nondisability retirement

23  or pension benefits, provided to the employee and his or her

24  dependents exceeds 100 percent of the employee's average

25  weekly wage at the time of injury.
