17 Section 24. (1) The State Board of Community Colleges
18 shall identify procedures that will encourage the joint use of
19 facilities by community colleges and school districts for the
20 purpose of conducting educational programs in workforce
21 development.
22 (2) The board shall report its findings and
23 recommendations to the Legislature by December 1, 1998.
