18 Section 46. Subsection (3) of section 446.045, Florida
19 Statutes, is amended to read:
20 446.045 State Apprenticeship Council.--
21 (3) The State Apprenticeship Council is repealed on
22 October 1, 2008 1998, and shall be reviewed by the Legislature
23 prior to that date pursuant to the Sundown Act.
