16  insert:  (3)  If the Department of Corrections is awarded a

17  proposal, all control, of the project shall be under the sole

18  authority of the Department of Corrections.

23         On page 2, line 15 of the amendment

25  after the semicolon, insert:

26         providing that in certain cases, control of a

27         project shall be under the sole authority of
