13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 57, between lines 25 and 26,

16  insert:

17         Section 43.  Subsection (3) of section 446.045, Florida

18  Statutes, is amended to read:

19         446.045  State Apprenticeship Council.--

20         (3)  The State Apprenticeship Council is repealed on

21  October 1, 2008 1998, and shall be reviewed by the Legislature

22  prior to that date pursuant to the Sundown Act.
