14 On page 1, lines 11-19, delete those lines

16 and insert:
17 Section 1. Paragraph (l) of subsection (2) of section
18 233.061, Florida Statutes, is amended, and paragraphs (o) and
19 (p) are added to that subsection, to read:
20 233.061 Required instruction.--
21 (2) Members of the instructional staff of the public
22 schools, subject to the rules and regulations of the
23 commissioner, the state board, and the school board, shall
24 teach efficiently and faithfully, using the books and
25 materials required, following the prescribed courses of study,
26 and employing approved methods of instruction, the following:
27 (l) The conservation of natural resources, including
28 the Everglades.
