18         Section 2.  Upon receipt of any tax benefit conferred

19  as a result of this act, the party receiving the tax benefit

20  is required, as a condition of receiving such benefit, to make

21  a donation in an amount equivalent to tax benefit received to

22  a 501C(3) nonprofit organization that assists people who have

23  lost their financial assistance and food stamps due to welfare

24  reform and at such time that such assistance is no longer

25  necessary, any remaining funds shall be used to fund day care

26  in Florida.
