  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to rulemaking authority;

  3         providing legislative intent with respect to

  4         laws governing agency rulemaking authority;

  5         providing an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8

  9         Section 1.  It is the intent of the Legislature to

10  revise laws governing agency rulemaking authority.

11         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

12  law.
