14         On page 2, lines 28-31, delete those lines

16  and insert:  joint enforcement with the Hillsborough County

17  pollution control program, as a program approved by the

18  department pursuant to s. 403.182, in which the department

19  agrees that moneys are to be deposited into that local

20  program's pollution-recovery fund and used for projects

21  directed toward addressing
