11  Senator Myers moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment 

14         On page 21, between lines 14 and 15, delete those lines

15

16  and insert:

17         (7)  Once a child is determined eligible for the

18  National School Lunch program, the child is eligible for

19  coverage under the Florida Kids Health program provided the

20  child meets the requirements of s. 409.814 and is enrolled in

21  school. However, a child who is determined to be eligible

22  under s. 409.814 may not be denied coverage.
