11  Senator Sullivan moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 4, line 27, delete that line

15

16  and insert:

17         Section 4.  There is appropriated to the Department of

18  Health from the Tobacco Settlement Trust Fund the sum of $15

19  million to replace the Tampa Branch Health Laboratory and the

20  sum of $600,000 for the Healthy Moms and Healthy Babies

21  facility at the University of South Florida.

22         Section 5.  This act shall take effect October 1, 1998,

23  except that this section and section 4 of this act shall take

24  effect July 1, 1998.
