  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to trust funds; providing

  3         legislative intent to create a trust fund for

  4         the deposit of tobacco lawsuit settlement

  5         moneys; providing an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8

  9         Section 1.  It is the intent of the Legislature to

10  create a separate trust fund for the deposit of all moneys

11  received by the state as a result of the settlement of its

12  lawsuit against the tobacco industry.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

14  law.
