14         Amendment to Amendment (320433) (with title amendment) 

15         On page 7, line 19, after "court"

16

17  insert:  , and the submission of a payment request by the

18  attorney, subject to the availability of sufficient funding

19  specifically appropriated for this purpose.  The Justice

20  Administrative Commission shall notify the Executive Director

21  and the court if it appears that sufficient funding has not

22  been specifically appropriated for this purpose to pay any

23  fees which may be incurred
