15         On page 1, line 11, through page 14, line 3, delete

16  those lines

18  and insert:

19         Section 1.  Section 403.0623, Florida Statutes, is

20  created to read:

21         403.0623  Environmental data; quality assurance.--The

22  department must establish, by rule, appropriate quality

23  assurance requirements for environmental data submitted to the

24  department and the criteria by which environmental data may be

25  rejected by the department. Such rules may be in addition to

26  any laboratory certification provisions under ss. 403.0625 and

27  403.863.
