  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to motor vehicle equipment

  3         requirements; repealing ss. 325.221, 325.222,

  4         and 325.223, F.S., relating to legislative

  5         findings and intent with respect to reduction

  6         of emission and recovery and recycling of

  7         chlorofluorocarbons and halons from motor

  8         vehicle air conditioners, definition of terms,

  9         training and certification requirements with

10         respect to installation and use of refrigerant

11         recycling equipment and establishments and

12         personnel recovering and recycling used

13         refrigerants from motor vehicle air

14         conditioners, requirements for the sale and

15         distribution of refrigerant and reclaimed

16         refrigerant, certification and renewal fees,

17         and penalties and fees for violation and

18         noncompliance; providing an effective date.

20  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

21

22         Section 1.  Sections 325.221, 325.222, and 325.223,

23  Florida Statutes, are repealed.

24         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

25  law.

      Repeals current provisions of law which provide
  4    legislative findings and intent with respect to reduction
