14         On page 53, lines 10-15, delete those lines

16  and insert:  with the appointing insurer. If a properly

17  documented claim is timely filed with the department by a

18  damaged title insurer, the department may remit an appropriate

19  amount of the deposit or the proceeds that are received from

20  the surety in payment of the claim damaged insurer making
