14 On page 86, between lines 17 and 18,

16 insert:
17 Section 81. Present subsections (3) and (4) of section
18 627.681, Florida Statutes, are renumbered as subsections (4)
19 and (5), respectively, and a new subsection (3) is added to
20 that section, to read:
21 627.681 Term and evidence of insurance.--
22 (3) Notwithstanding s. 627.6785(3), the term of credit
23 life or credit disability insurance may be for less than the
24 term of the indebtedness. However, except for the age
25 limitations referred to in s. 627.6785(3), the term shall
26 extend for at least 5 years or for the term of the
27 indebtedness, whichever is less.
