14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

15         On page 2, lines 7-10, delete those lines

17  and insert:  3.  Only counties that have elected to levy the

18  tax initially for the purposes authorized in subparagraph 1.

19  may use the tax for the purposes enumerated in subparagraph 2.
