11  Senator Latvala moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 38, line 25, after the period

15

16  insert:  All sworn complaints alleging violations of the

17  Florida Elections Code over which the commission has

18  jurisdiction shall be filed with the commission within 2 years

19  of the alleged violations. The period of limitations is tolled

20  on the day a sworn complaint is filed with the commission.

25         On page 4, line 6, after "procedures;"

27  insert:

28         providing a time period for filing complaints

29         with the commission;
