13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 23, between lines 23 and 24,

16  insert:

17         Section 19.  When the Department of Transportation

18  receives federal funds through reauthorization of the Federal

19  Intermodal Surface Transportation Efficiency Act, the

20  department shall expend $5,000,000 from the State

21  Transportation Trust fund for Orlando Area Metropolitan

22  Planning Organization project No. 5147232, for the

23  construction of an interchange on Interstate 4 at Conroy Road.
