14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

15         On page 2, between lines 7 and 8,

17  insert:

18         Section 2.  Paragraph (b) of subsection (4) of section

19  320.06, Florida Statutes is amended to read:

20         320.06  Registration certificates, license plates, and

21  validation stickers generally.--

22         (4)

23         (b)  For the purposes of authorizing the corporation

24  organized pursuant to chapter 946 to manufacture license

25  plates and validation stickers, as well as temporary tags,

26  disabled hang tags, vessel decals, and fuel use decals, for

27  the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles. as

28  provided in this chapter, The reference to the Department of

29  Corrections in paragraph (a) means the Department of

30  Corrections or the corporation organized pursuant to chapter

31  946, and the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles
