14         On page 4, between lines 7 and 8,

17         Section 2.  Subsection (6) is added to section

18  465.0276, Florida Statutes, to read:

19         465.0276  Dispensing practitioner.--

20         (6)  No person shall be registered as a dispensing

21  practitioner until such practitioner demonstrates to his or

22  her board that he or she has successfully completed 30 hours

23  of post-secondary education in the practice of pharmacy

24  relating to the dispensing of medicinal drugs in an accredited

25  college of medicine or pharmacy located in this state. Any

26  person licensed on the effective date of this act shall

27  demonstrate his or her compliance with this subsection on or

28  before July 1, 1999.
