15         In title, on page 1, lines 2-18, delete those lines

17  and insert:

18         An act relating to rulemaking authority with

19         respect to aquatic preserves (RAB); amending s.

20         258.42, F.S.; providing authority for the Board

21         of Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust

22         Fund to consider the cumulative impact of

23         activities on aquatic preserves; providing that

24         the board may adopt and enforce stricter

25         standards, regulations, and orders of local

26         governments when the standards are related to

27         ch. 258, F.S., and are approved by the board;

28         amending s. 258.43, F.S.; providing authority

29         for the board to develop rules regarding the

30         cumulative impact of activities on aquatic

31         preserves; providing an effective date.
