  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to rulemaking authority of the

  3         Department of Business and Professional

  4         Regulation (RAB); authorizing the Department of

  5         Business and Professional Regulation to adopt

  6         rules; providing an effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9

10         Section 1.  The Department of Business and Professional

11  Regulation shall adopt rules to carry out its powers and

12  duties.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

14  law.
